Lucky is right! I was sooo psyched when Tami emailed me this morning! It kinda makes up for the fact that I have to get a root canal tomorrow!
Has anyone made the puree/dip yet? It’s super simple, I always have those ingredients on hand, and it is YUMMY!

I haven’t made the dip yet, but I’m definitely going to. We only cook once a week and we’d already planned to make refried beans this week. Next week may be a puree week! (we cook our own beans rather than buy canned, so it’s something we do try to plan for)
