Where, in World of Warcraft, might you see THIS?
Note that you might also see rabbits with axes and mice with shotguns in this same location.

I’ve only ever heard of it referred to as “critter rise” or “critter mountain” above Mulgore :)
Oh, and it’s mice *DUAL WEILDING* shotguns.

There are no words for how awesome that is.
Words exist, but they’re hard to say when you’re laughing this hard. Would you believe these critters are also GIGANTIC? Like, half the size of a tauren druid in cat form?
You can bet I’ll be off to find this “critter mountain” when I get home :-) I don’t think I’ve ever seen it!

That is very cute. I don’t remember ever seeing that in the game before but I’m not playing Cataclysm. I am playing in the Rift beta right now, and they have a thing for squirrels in that game. In today’s patch notes for the Bard class : “Motif of Encouragement: Rather than removing this entirely, it now causes up to 5 surrounding critter mobs to follow the Bard. Lasts 15 seconds. Yes, that means you can have a squirrel army.”
Which means you can be like the Pied Piper. :)
Oh, I’ve heard good things about Rift. Enjoying it?
Enjoying it very much! I believe there are loads of free beta keys floating around right now if you wanted to just try it out, or you can just sign up on Trion’s website and you’ll probably get invited. It is difficult to get a good read on this game in the early levels, but it really gets interesting as you level and get more points to spend on your builds. So many possiblities and they all play very differently!
Mulgore. Critter Plateau. Does it count as “asking the internet” if it came up on a blog I read a bit ago, and that’s the only reason I know of it?
